• SysEx and Patch Data: When you backup patches or banks, the raw binary content (`.syx` format) and parsed names are stored in our secure database. This data is exclusively accessible by your authenticated user account.
• Payment Information: All payment transactions are securely handled directly by Stripe, Inc. We never collect, process, or store your credit card details or bank account information on our servers.

3. Session Cookies

We use simple local cookies strictly for authentication purposes (keeping you logged into your dashboard). We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Security and Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade user database entries to anyone. All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.

Our databases are stored behind security firewalls with periodic backups.

5. Data Deletion and Portability

Under modern privacy frameworks, you have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated MIDI SysEx banks at any time. To request full deletion of your record, email us at halfradiationllc@gmail.com, and your account files will be purged from our database within 30 days.
